The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Akbar and Front of house team were very professional and friendly - thanks guys. Our room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Specially the set menu lunch. Yummy 😊. Thanks to all the chefs. Special thanks to Tuan and the team for their outstanding service. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here as part of a surprise wedding gift from a friend—and what a gift it was! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The place itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a treat. Special thanks to the team for their kindness and attention to detail. It truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. The property is well maintained, secure (fully fenced and monitored), and very family-friendly. There’s even a nice pool, and overall, everything met our expectations. However, we were disappointed with the driver accommodation. It was very dusty, not properly cleaned, and clearly lacked basic maintenance. Charging 2,000 rupees for such a condition is quite unreasonable. Drivers play a crucial role in ensuring our safety, and they deserve proper rest in clean and respectful environments. We truly hope the hotel management will take this feedback seriously and improve the facilities for drivers in the future. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay, and we would recommend it — with the hope that this one important detail will be addressed.
