Signia by Hilton San Jose

I recently stayed at Signia by Hilton in San Jose, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about how amazing the experience was — all thanks to Leo, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s people like Leo who make it unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

The employees were kind, patient, and informative. On check-in, my husband and I were frazzled and exhausted, but they had no trouble walking us through everything to get us into our room. The stay was lovely, and the cleaning staff were so nice!! On check-out, Kevin was a delight and made sure everything was correct before charging. Smooth stay; would happily stay again in the future and recommend for those looking for a place in downtown San Jose.

We were here for a five day retreat with about 1000 people. Positivea - ballroom level is fantastic. Has many rooms of various sizes for many activities. Foyers are nice. - hotel staff responded to my requests using the Hilton app very promptly. - rooms are clean and spacious - pool is large enough for laps and clean Negatives: -elevator situation was a disaster. Day 1 only 2 out 5 elevators worked causing massive crowds. Day 4 all 5 elevators stopped working - we were directed to service elevators. Day 5 elevators call buttons didnnot work but if you happened to get inside an elevator it would take you to right floor. Random floor numbers wer often lit. - I paid extra for a suite. I expected an extra half bath
