Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Sapa: 1. Free facilities before and after check out: Because most tourists take sleeper bus/train, this means reaching hotel at 7am, leaving town at 10pm. Hotel lets us use shower, shuttle services before and after check out. 2. Shuttle every hour: Being a short distance from town, I love the peacefulness here. The every hour free shuttle to and fro town is very helpful. 3. Wide variety of local food options in buffet breakfast: From the most common pho, to banhcuon, phocuon, Sapa sticky rice. Food was great. The GM Steve is a legend to be serving breakfast while communicating with hotel guests, such a rare and kind gesture which we absolutely loved.

Stayed three nights here at Sapa. Reception was friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean. Housekeeping is hidden from us but delivers good clean service. Food at breakfast restaurant Samu was excellent. Dinner at Italian restaurant Oliverio was good as well but needs lots of improvement to understand our orders. They try very hard working for customers but it’s hampered by the problem of understanding English and request. The spa is very good in massages services. However can improve on English to get what we need right. Overall I would return to this hotel as we are happy staying here. Leaving tomorrow morning to home. Best wishes to the GM Steve who was very helpful and friendly during our stay. Excellent cook as well at the breakfast mornings. We will return to this beautiful hotel and we had an awesome stay. Amazing hotel, great location on a hill overlooking the valley and town of Sa Pa. Fantastic breakfast with great variety and all the services you expect from a 5 star hotel. Great design and esthetic decoration all over. Beautiful gardens. The rooms were perfectly clean. They are cleaned and linen is changed daily but you had to put a special card on the bed for the housekeeping to actually clean it. I highly recommend it.
