I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. From check-in to check-out, the staff was attentive and professional. A special thank you to Joy for her enthusiastic and thoughtful consulting. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her positive attitude and helpful recommendations truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the service. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel has a very convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable, making the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would especially like to compliment Phuong and Van housekeeping staff and Lyn receptionists; they were all very friendly and polite, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Their service made me feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that felt just like home. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful experience! Clean rooms, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast! This hotel truly has a luxury resort feel. Mrs Lisa, the service manager was super helpful and attentive. I really appreciated her going above and beyond! When we go back to Hoi An, Silkotel will be our stay, hands down the best.
