Silks Place Tainan

This was my third time staying at Silks Place while traveling to Tainan for business and the hotel has always been a bright spot during my trips. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel is kept virtually spotless. The dining at the hotel is excellent for both breakfast and dinner and the rooms are very spacious. Definitely a great value and excellent place to stay if you are visiting Tainan.

Everything is great. The breakfast is amazing, service is good and the atmosphere is chilled and relaxing. The only thing that makes things a bit odd is ..... They make you pick up your Uber order from some random desk in the lobby instead of using those food delivery robot. I was pretty shocked when the front desk told me that I have to pick it up by myself. Because even a 50 USD per night hotel in China can program a food delivery robot to help out and here .. as the guest of the suite at the top floor of silks place hotel has to pick up the food delivery from a random table in the lobby seems very .... "behind"

Everything was excellent! The room was great, the amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was fantastic ( Chinese food 2nd floor). Here are 2 restaurants that you can choose for breakfast. The staff was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling every request. Thank you, Silk Place Tainan! If I visit Tainan again, I’ll definitely stay here. Ps.The bed is a bit hard but acceptable.
