Very disappointing experience. The room looked nothing like the photos. It was not clean, full of mosquitoes, and all electrical plugs were broken and unsafe. There was no room key provided, and several drunk people were loitering right outside my room, making me feel very unsafe. Overall, a very poor and uncomfortable stay.
I visited this hotel on 3/7/2025. I had booked this hotel for full day but due it's pathic condition, unclean rooms, i left this hotel in the evening by 7:30 pm, thinking that staying whole night would be nothing less then an horror story in my life. I don't recommended This Super flop hotel to anyone, who want some pleasent stay experience. No proper cleanliness and hygiene.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel due to multiple issues that have made my experience uncomfortable. I would like to bring the following complaints to your immediate attention: 1. Unprofessional Staff Behavior – The front office staff, Mr. Sunil, was extremely rude and unhelpful. His way of speaking was completely unprofessional, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Non-Functional AC – The air conditioner in my room is not working at all and is covered in dust, making the room extremely uncomfortable
