SimpleStay Suites Downtown San Bernardino

All other reviews complain but U get what u paid for. Room is clean bed is big, good and decent if you just need somewhere to sleep in while roaming the city. Not bad for the price. No deposit either.

It's a decent motel in a not so nice neighborhood, did see 2 cockroaches while I was in my room, I see now why most hotels/motels went to all non-smoking rooms, there were cigarette 🚬 burns on the counter by the sink, burns on the comforter, I will say the air conditioner worked great, the cable service was very choppy and annoying when your really trying to watch something your interested in. Other than that, it was a nice place, and the staff member who checked me in was very nice and proficient, made me feel welcome so ty for that.

1. Non-smoking?? As of that day? 2. Hookers showcasing their wares in front of this hotel. 3. Very concerned for our safety as during the night experienced extremely loud confrontational commotion right outside our door for too long of a period of time…our thoughts were “grab you phone and purse as you run to hide in the bathroom”. 4. Naked druggies and comatose drunks in the parking lot. Bates Motel would have been better than here!!
