Staff is AMAZING really enjoyed myself. The waitstaff for breakfast was slow especially bringing coffee and water but the food was good. The bartender serving at the pool is the BEST, super friendly and nice. I can't remember her name but it begins with a M. I will definitely be back

Our stay in the villas was fantastic. The staff were great. The rooms are slighty dated and surface level clean, but spacious and decently maintained. The beach bar has decent but limited food and the chair staff are helpful with setup, but you will get faster food and drinks walking to bar than waiting for service. The beds are firm for those that prefer but if not I suggest using blankets if you are a side sleeper and need more cushion. Definitely a great stay for family and couple looking for a spacious stay, with beach access, and walkable to local restaurants and bars.

This hotel claims to be a 5 Star Resort, I am so sorry to report, the is no way in this planet this is a 5 Star resort. The rooms were not bad, but the tub faucet was not secure, I just floated around stick out of the wall, the toilet kept running, the sinks were clogged and the plugs didn’t work. The phone system is not user friendly. The sliding door didn’t operate properly had to continuously fight with it to get it to close. The safe door was falling off the hinges. The facility, Found Hair floating all over the pool. Roaches running all over the place. Had to check out pool towels and return to get clean ones, but the attendant was hit and miss being there during posted hours. We found hair in the food. To be honest this is a high 3 star or very low 4 star resort at best. I will say the wait staff at breakfast was exceptional and the girls that cleaned the room was exceptional. The guy working night shift was also very helpful.
