We did not stay at the resort but enjoyed the fia fia night at the restaurant. We greatly appreciated the effort that has been made to cater a vegetarian diet, with heaps of offered options, not offered on the existing menu. The food was delicious, well presented , the service was great and the dance show was amazing. Special tanks to the band that were just delightful that evening, even the owner of the resort joined the jam Wich was just great. Thank you for a unforgettable night. !

Stayed in the waterfront rooms, which were nice. Had some problems with our room after check-in, and had to push for a change after some resistance from staff. Found the front desk staff generally lacking in service training. The bar lady, head of customer experience, and the security team were really nice and helpful. Great can-do attitudes. Breakfast was lackluster, but filling. Bizarrely, WiFi is available on a per-day limit and you can buy extra. I've never stayed somewhere so expensive that limited data use. Location was amazing. Love being able to see the stars on the walk to your room. Spa was average. I'd recommend the Samoan foot massage but would pass on the scrubs. The owner is very friendly and gave us some lovely history of the place. Great to support locally owned. Over all, I'd say it was over priced and lacked the polish to make it worth the price tag. It's a shame, as the location is great.

We arrived yesterday for a 10 day stay. So far the resort has been a mixed bag. On the positive side the massage service was awesome and meal last was tasty and generous. The main negatives are, features the ‘Resort’ tells you are available which are clearly NOT. For example, the Beach Hut, that provides equipment for water activities is supposed to be open between 8:00am and 4:00pm, it was locked up tight at 2:00pm. Also, the Pierside restaurant and bar was closed at the same time despite being advertised as open from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Apparently, the resort had a wedding there on Friday, which must mean you cannot open the next day!!! When I asked about why both services were not available, the response was to state the obvious , plus no apology or solution.
