Singgasana Hotel Surabaya

Excellent hotel. Quiet and tranquil, a relaxing place to chill and relax. Food was good, with a mixture of Indonesia and western style choices for breakfast. Rooms were well equipped and clean, although there is no control for the water heater. Not to mention, the price of the hotel stay was rather affordable. Will come here again if passing by Surabaya.

Old hotel. Love the ambiance and friendly staff. The room needs maintenance, bath tub and toilet is leaking, wallpaper starting to peel off. But still, this is a good place for family staycation because there's so much activity like biking, sight seeing deer, swimming. Please improve the hotel quality. My kid really love staying at this hotel

Used to be a classic top hotel, now an aged classic hotel, still some charm but beds/bathrooms/AC/electrical fixtures are very outdated, need to renovate. Could be a nice peaceful place to relax but hotel is very focused on groups/receptions/functions, so expect lot of noise, crowds, music and loud speakers in the main area. Don't choose a room with view on the pool if you don't like noise. Dinner buffet has a nice spread. Pool can get crowded with kids, specially on weekends. Staff is kind and helpful.
