Excellent service from the staff especially Jenny ( from the breakfast cafe ) and my house keeper 刘亚静 for the 16th floor . The team saw to our every needs from the time we arrive and till departure. The room provided us with many additional items besides the usual such as washing detergent, facial mask , charging cables etc The breakfast spread and service was excellent. Jenny provided many customised dishes and drinks eg with names on top of my yogurt drink . The hotel has an excellent view and location which oversees the river and the gondola to the Sun island . It’s close proximity to central street , sun island and surrounded by many local eateries and restaurants.
I was impressed because of comfortable and well equipped room. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main street with cafes and restaurants. Construction is nearby but the windows are good enough to keep the noise out. And I love the breakfast here with full of variety dishes. I had to go to the airport early and i could ask some food from that. ❤️❤️❤️
I have been to many good hotels in my life and this hotel is one of the best hotels so far. I was impressed by their attention to details, they even had hair tie which is really comfortable during make up removal. The bathroom is also big, bright and super comfortable.
