A perfect place! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we received outstanding service. A special thank you to Avital, the guest relations manager, who personally took care of us, checking in before and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Our room with the private pool was absolutely stunning, the spa facilities were top-notch, and the shared areas were beautifully maintained and spotless. Breakfast was also delicious, varied, and of excellent quality. An unforgettable experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Our room with a private pool was incredible and our dinner at the Midian restaurant was phenomenal. However like many have noted in their reviews, service does not match the 5 star experience. Val who greeted us on arrival and the chef were both great, however waitresses in the restaurant and reception staff are young and lack customer service experience which definitely soured our experience.

The Six Senses Shaharut is undeniably stunning—its architecture blends beautifully with the desert surroundings, and the rooms are exceptionally well-designed, offering comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views. The food across all restaurants is consistently excellent, with fresh, flavorful dishes that reflect the local cuisine with a refined twist. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the service, particularly from the younger female staff. They came across as unprofessional and noticeably unfriendly, often failing to smile or engage warmly with guests. In a place that promises luxury and hospitality, this lack of warmth and attentiveness was disappointing. Overall, a gorgeous property with excellent food, but the service needs improvement to match the high standards expected at this level.
