They tried to scam me out of money several times. The agreement on the phone was 650 lire, and when he arrived 950 lire. I persuaded to pay as agreed, but when I extended my stay at the hotel, they again tried to withdraw 950 lira in one day. Among the staff, only a student knows English. The rest pretend to understand English. When you stay in the rooms they refuse to clean the room until you leave the hotel. Even if you stay for a week, they still won't clean up. WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD! STAY AWAY! I had the worst night of my life there. I didn’t even sleep for 1 minute. A „Star Guest“ received a room for free next to our room and played loud music non stop and screamed with a girl like a mad man. I complained but I received no help. I was told I had no choice but to try to sleep because its a famous „star guest“. I asked for a different room but I was told it was all booked out which I doubt… I hope they go bankrupt.

This is a disgraceful hotel. I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 times during a 6 night stay. On our last day, they cleaned the room mid-afternoon. When we asked why our room was not cleaned, the answer was that one of the cleaners was sick. No new towels or sheets for 5 nights. The internet was bad. They said it was going to be upgraded in the next two days. It was one excuse after another. Staff at reception were frequently smoking. None of what I wrote is fake, which appears to be the case with many of the 5/5 ratings. The only thing that is decent with this room is its size.
