Skyna Hotel Luanda

Ok hotel for buisinnes trip. Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Prices are average for Luanda. Bottle of vine is around 20 euros.

Using this hotel traveling to and from work. The bed are okey, but there is a slight smell of mold in the room. The food can not recomend, ordered a club sandwich whit fries the first time i was on the sky bar, used maybe 50 mins before it arrived, and the hole meal was probably a couple of hours old maybe even a day old👎 the second and most recent stay the club sandwich was okey but nothing moore, had a burger with fries on the evening and had stomach cramps and sitting on the toilet the rest of the night, so if you can, then go eat somewhere else. And also the prostitutes they let in to the sky bar can be annoying, following you in the elevevator even you said no to any "service" they provide, then when they know what room you are in, so when you are sound asleep they come knocking on your room asking if you want some "service" again, and tell them to bugger off. But then again this is africa so there is probably worse hotells, but this hotell would at most get 2 stars.

Very dated, Fridge didn't work, asked 4 times to replace and never did. The food almost gave me food poisoning ie the chicken wasn't cooked. Lamps were faulty and flickering constantly, only 1 main light, which made it extremely dark at night. Showered mainly in brown water for 3 weeks, with it being cold, then hit cold, then hot. Tv also didn't work and was from the 2000s. Laundry service was good and a good price, room was a decent size, bed was comfy, reception was friendly in the evening, bar was a nice atmosphere. These are the only positives I can find. 2 star at best
