The hotel is very nice, close to all the pedestrian areas and squares in the centro. Villahermosa is not the prettiest (ironically), but there is lots to see.
The room was ok at best. The shower was missing a door.... It wasn't a big deal but still... Bed and bedding was fine. Breakfast was basic but ok. They kept me waiting for about 10 min past midnight for the garage door to be opened. It didn't feel too safe.
Room was ok except for the missing shower door..... Service was ok except that I had to wait over 10 min outside, past midnight, for them to open the garage door.... it felt pretty unsafe....
