Teakwood room with well maintained facilities. Full of green tree. Service staffs are very bad. My key is mail function function during the midnight and their staffs are really late less response and call operators also.
Everything goes well until the night times . And floors are so slippery i got slip on that floor for so many time need to repair these things . And didn’t get enough light in the night .In the outside they don’t give enough light so its kind scary🥶
I would give 0 stars if I could but will settle for 1. DO NOT STAY HERE, there are much nicer places the area. Rooms are outdated, floorboards are squeaky and some are just taped down with black duct tape. We had no hot water for 2 days. We had to call at least 4 times and every time they said they would send someone up to look at it but they didn’t until the 5th call. When someone finally came, she ran the water in our villa and the neighboring villa for 30+ minutes only to find it was still cold. She then just left without telling us so we waited thinking she would send someone to fix it but after 45 minutes of waiting, we had to call again a 6th time so they sent two people from the front desk, someone from housekeeping and 2 engineers. Instead of asking us to wait in the lobby or restaurant area, they just started working on the water tank (in the ceiling) while we were awkwardly waiting in the room with no instruction of what was happening. We eventually got tired of waiting and were extremely dissatisfied by the professionalism. So much so that we had to ask for another villa. The two people from the front desk looked like they had no idea what to do in the situation but hesitantly agreed to let us switch villas. In our heads, we would have expected them to offer a different villa after the first or second time we called and then they could take their time looking into the water tank without us being the room. They finally got us in a new villa with hot water, but the AC wouldn’t put out any cold air. A customer should not have to call 5+ times before an issue is looked at. And whoever comes to look at it should tell us before just leaving and not coming back. We took a total of 4 cold showers because they didn’t come to fix it when we called the first time. That is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We confirmed with the resort beforehand that there would be vegan/vegetarian options for us but when we asked at the restaurant, they said they don’t have anything. In the book in our villa, it said there were 3 restaurants in the resort but when we asked the front desk, they said there’s only 1. It also seemed like the staff at this place had no idea what they were doing, even a simple task had to be attended to by 4 employees. For example, it took 4 people standing over just to charge a credit card. It seemed like they just weren’t competent enough to handle unexpected circumstances which as a hotel, should be a requirement. I do not recommend staying here, they’re are much nicer places with better amenities in the area.
