SoLo Suites

We stayed at Solo Suites for a month, not for a vacation, just needed a place to stay — and we’re really glad we chose this one. From the start, the team made everything easy and comfortable. Xavier, Uju, and Arpan were always kind, helpful, and just genuinely good people. It really makes a difference when you’re away from home for a while, and you’re met with that kind of warmth and consistency. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. It was solid, reliable, and well taken care of. The little things, like fresh towels, a working space, or just being greeted with a smile, really added up over time. We honestly just felt well looked after here. It made a busy and transitional time in our lives a lot less stressful. Big thanks to the whole Solo Suites team — we really appreciated everything.

Absolutely wonderful stay – incredible service and perfect for long stays We had an amazing experience at this commercial suite. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Uju and Arpan—were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our plans changed unexpectedly after the cancellation window had passed, and they still accommodated us with no extra charge—something we really appreciated. The team was also incredibly dog-friendly—dogs are welcome in the office on leash, and our pup was met with such warmth and affection every time we stopped by. Whenever we needed anything—whether it was extra supplies or a quick cleaning—the response was prompt and efficient. They even remembered me by name every time I called, which speaks volumes about their personal approach to service. One evening we noticed broken glass in the parking lot, and the staff took it very seriously. They investigated and had it cleaned up within the hour—great to see that level of care for guest safety. Check-in was seamless, with all the details provided in advance, and check-out couldn’t have been easier—just lock the door and go. The room was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a longer stay: washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, utensils—the works. When we accidentally got locked out late one night, we used the emergency number and got help right away, no hassle. All around, the service was excellent, and the space was ideal for an extended stay. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to enjoy my brief stay at the Solo Suites. I can’t express how happy I am to have chosen this place. The room has everything one needs to enjoy their life, like Washer-dryer 2-in-1, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, dishwasher, latest stove and tons of storage. All the needed utensils, dishwasher pods, clothes washer pods, ample coffee/whitner/sweetener and sugar. Every detail was carefully selected. This is very conveniently located close to shopping and transit. Checking in was a breeze. The staff is very polite and helpful. Their after hour service was fabulous. They are planning to add some lamps with built in USB chargers to meet the current demand. The water pressure in the shower was okay but it could be made better. Not sure if it was only for the sixth floor or all the floors. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
