Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok

We had such a wonderful stay here with the specially decorated room which amazed us at first sight. The kids completely lost thier minds and had so much fun playing around. The room was spacious and perfect for a family with an extra person like nanny or grandparents. There were also activities at kids club such as bag painting and planting! Our oldest was so proud of himself! Another impressive activity is a save-the-earth mission booklet. Kids get to do easy stuff like turn off the light and reuse towels in order to collect stamps and eventually win a teddy bear. This helps them learn more about environment in a fun way and of course make parents happy because the kids were busy!! The pool was nice but no toys. Location was superb as it's near the market and the mall with hotel shutter bus free of charge. The staff were welcoming and polite. They're really helpful and willing to help.

Exceptional stay at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Bangkok, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I also appreciated the hotel's modern amenities and facilities. Overall, I highly recommend Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay in this vibrant city with or without family Perfect location for exploring Bangkok Five stars isn't enough I'd give it ten stars if I could 👍

The bar restaurant serves good meals, but the staff need to better understand hospitality and pay more attention to guests’ needs they are all very busy. The room had everything I needed and was quiet, which is rare to find in hotels. The cleaning was excellent and everything in room 3114 was spotless. One thing that was very disturbing, however, was the bed it was extremely hard, and I didn’t sleep comfortably most of the time. When I informed them, they added one mattress topper, which made sleep slightly better but still too firm. I then requested another mattress layer, which helped a bit, but ended up causing more back issues. My body would float while my head was raised on a single pillow, and it genuinely hurt. I ended up sleeping in another room within the apartment, where the setup was better, but I experienced nightmares every night from constantly turning due to discomfort. For the amount I paid ($3,319 USD for 14 nights), I should have at least been able to sleep comfortably. I was considering extending my stay, but with the high price and uncomfortable beds, it just didn’t make sense anymore so I moved to another hotel. Aside from that, all staff members were helpful, friendly, attentive, and made me feel at ease. :)
