South Bank

South Bank SLH is located on a beautiful property on the southern shores of Providenciales. All the accommodations are waterfront, with some facing the sea, some facing the lagoon, and some facing the marina. My wife and I stayed in a 1-bedroom boat house, with 1 living floor with access to the marina, 1 bedroom floor with a balcony, and a rooftop floor with seating and a BBQ grill. The house is fully furnished and very roomy for just 2 people. The style is very modern but may be lacking a luxury bathroom, like a bathtub or a jacuzzi. As a diamond member, the breakfast is complimentary, and thankfully, since meals are expensive in general in Turks & Caicos. The selections for breakfast were not extensive, but they do offer reasonable options if you stay only for a couple of days. We also had dinner at Lua, the place is beautiful, and the food is fine dining, well-prepared, presented, and delicious. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and were served a complimentary cake. The staff was friendly and polite everywhere on the property, and the service provided was good for the region, but could be subpar compared to the category of this hotel in other regions, and we didn't feel anything special as diamond members. Yes, we were on an island and had to switch to island time and just relax and appreciate. Overall, we had a great time at South Bank.

I recently had the joy of staying at South Bank resort, and I have to say, the hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. From a bottle of champagne upon arrival to turn down service every evening. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Their genuine care and effort to ensure we were comfortable added a personal touch that made our visit unforgettable. Every day felt like we were among friends—always greeted with a smile and thoughtful gestures. The resort itself had everything we could’ve hoped for—daily breakfast included, plus yoga, kayaking, a full spa, gym, and beautiful beach access all on-site. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. A special highlight was our boat day. We were able to arrange for the boat to pick us up and drop us off right at our boathouse villa—talk about convenience! I want to give a big shoutout to Reggie, Fresnel, Maybelline, the Lua team, and everyone at the Clubhouse. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. South Bank in Turks and Caicos is truly next-level. The rooms are absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and designed with every detail in mind. Everywhere you go, you’re surrounded by beauty, from the pristine beachfront to the elegant resort grounds. The service is nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly attentive, making sure you never miss a thing and always feel taken care of. It’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease—luxurious, peaceful, and endlessly relaxing. Wow is an understatement. I’m already dreaming about coming back.
