South Beach Hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed but mostly positive experience — mainly thanks to the amazing receptionist who had a unique name (Momchil)! From the start, they were super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for lazy afternoons by the sea. The pool was also really nice, it was clean, well-kept, and a great place to relax when we didn’t feel like going out. The food was okay it was nothing special, but decent. The rooms were quite old and had some issues, but the receptionist stepped in quickly to help resolve things, which we really appreciated. All in all, it’s a great spot if you want a beachside location with a good pool and nice staff. Just don’t expect super luxurious rooms.

We would like to express or special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel and the warm welcoming. I have a disabled child and she did her best to accommodate us. My mom had an accident and all the team helped and supported us. Sofie gave us a ride to a surgeon and was all the time supporting and monitoring us and the situation. She is always asks if we are ok. Thank you Sofie not only for that, but for the delicious food, drinks and service. I missed this and got it here, at South Beach hotel. If we come back it will be only for the service, delicious food and all the wonderful people working here. From the other side the rooms need a general renovation, cleaning is under a question yet. Smell of mold, old mattresses are very concerning. Stefan is amazing, the kids are in love with him. We love his presence not only as a DJ but his is creating an amazing atmosphere. The beach is small for this hotel. 20% of the beach chairs are broken. Needs a hardwood sidewalk to to beach. Overall the hotel needs more accommodations for disabled people.

This does not deserve anything but a 1 star review, The rooms are really dirty and smell like mould. The shower doesnt close so the whole bathroom gets wet and there is nowhere to put ur soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds are really bad and are disgusting. The room service also only come when they want to and the food is like they took leftovers from a 1 star restaurant nearby🤮. The pools are also not maintained. Do not look at other reviews saying its a 4 star because it isnt and you WILL regret coming here
