We didn't stay at the Hotel,however we did a setup there ( backdrop decor)for a 80 th birthday 🎉.The staff was friendly ,showed us where we must go .The manager even gave us a complimentary coffee and muffin to make us feel welcomed.
Stayed two nights on holiday. Room was big and well equipped. Some furniture was a bit outdated. The service was excellent , the only complaint was the shower leaking in our room
Booked a king suite executive room with a sea view but was given a room below standard. Bath water was dirty and the TV in the bedroom’s quality and reception was very poor. When one considers the amount of money I spent for this room I would have expected better. I truly believe that the Southern Sun Brand did not live up to its quality. The rooms clearly need maintenance and upgrading. As for the staff, as always they were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Clearly displayed the Eastern Cape’s friendliness. You can do better Southern Sun.
