We stayed with our family during the winter period and we are very satisfied. Warm rooms, rich breakfast, good attitude. We also used the massages, the woman who does them is a true professional. Thanks.

The hotel is a bit far from the ski resort, and getting there can be a bit challenging if the weather isn't good. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, and there was a rich breakfast. The spa was a bit small, but it had all the essentials. The guy at the reception was kind and helpful.

We visited the hotel for 5 nights and will not repeat. The only positive thing was that the rooms were spacious and warm with comfortable beds, the bathroom was spacious. Hotel: For the whole stay no one came into the room to change towels or linen. We did not have a sign to hang on the door for the room to be cleaned. We went to the reception to ask to at least have our trash taken out. No one even bothered to sweep the room or run a vacuum. On the occasional visit the maid did nothing other than put the bins out. There was a dispenser in the bathroom for shower gel or shampoo that didn't work. For this type of hotel I find it unacceptable not to have shower gel and shampoo separately. Spa: the pool is deep and cold, not suitable for children. There is an additional pool next to the sauna and steam room which was warmer (jacuzzi type) but was not allowed for children. The jacuzzi type pool had a lot of non working jets, so I at least didn't understand jacuzzi or pool it was. Restaurant: In the restaurant the service was not up to par, the food was not great either. I found the prices a bit high: a bottle of wine over 27.00 euro - 28.00 euro, espresso around 4.00 euro.
