St Andrews Signature Hotel & Spa

I completely enjoyed my stay. The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to serve me. They even did my laundry in the evening on request. The food was amazing. Only downside was that there was no phone in the room, but my room was close to the restaurant reception who assisted me.

We had our company’s business conference there over 2 days. Beautiful conference facility and very attentive staff. The conference room was constantly catered with food, snacks, and other refreshments throughout the day. Lunch in the restaurant was exceptional! I must specifically mention the chicken livers start as probably the best I’ve had ever. A special shout out to the head chef, Collen.

Never again! After viewing multiple hotels, we booked a room here to prepare for a wedding. The room was given to a different guest and this was the only room of this size and category. We ordered champagne for the bride and groom and paid immediately. They conveniently ‘forgot it’ in the bar. Rooms need a refresh; dirty carpets, bad smells, quite gross. Breakfast was worse than at a petrol station and even water comes at an extra charge. Overall a terrible experience and not fitting to a 4-star rating.
