Myrthe, with her beautiful aura and charming personality, provided me with an impeccable recommendation to De Resident, a café that turned out to be a delightful experience. Her thoughtfulness and passion for guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Tania, with her warm and understanding nature, helped me immensely when my flight was unexpectedly canceled. She not only assisted with a late checkout extension but also graciously waived the additional early check-in charges, showing an exceptional level of care and generosity. I've stayed here a couple of nights at the end of march this year. The location is great. The staff was very polite, friendly and tried to make my stay there and in The Hague as comfortable and nice as they could. The room was like in the photos. They provided towels, shower gel and shampoo and they cleaned the room daily.

Nice hotel, well connected with the bus and tram. Room was spacious, a bit dusty though. All in wall what made the place great is the service and hospitality of the staff. Room prices are ok for the Hague.
