From the moment I arrived at Stadt Hotel Città, I was struck by its elegant charm and welcoming atmosphere. Nestled in the heart of Bolzano, the hotel beautifully blends historic character with modern comfort, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding region. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the incredible service – especially from Alexia at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was offering local recommendations, assisting with special requests, or simply greeting guests with a warm and genuine smile, Alexia was consistently helpful, attentive, and supportive. Her professionalism and kindness truly made me feel at home. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed, with a lovely view that added a special touch to my mornings. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied – fresh pastries, local cheeses, and excellent coffee made for a great start to each day. The spa facilities were another highlight – serene, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. After a day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. Overall, Stadt Hotel Città is more than just a place to stay – it’s an experience in itself. With its unbeatable location, refined atmosphere, and exceptional staff like Alexia, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took her time to explain all the best places to visit, gave us great recommendations, and kindly made sure we received a free city guest card, which was a lovely bonus and very useful during our stay. The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, we had a great experience and felt truly welcomed. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location overlooking the main square in Bolzano with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Really easy walk from the train station. The hotel is really beautiful and the room was lovely. The air conditioning was also really good, which is quite important in summer. The breakfast was really nice, as is the bar looking out on the square. The staff were very helpful. We had a small mix up when checking in, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out. Incredibly professional and welcoming. I'd love to stay again
