Super clean and luxurious The restaurant is 👌🏾 and the food served is super tasty … especially 🐟
Quiet area. Very clean, good breakfast. Shame no air conditioning in the gym. Wifi for work was stable. Swimming pool okay for a quick dip.
The location is FANTASTIC!! This property has the potential to be great, however, their lack of attention to detail is bringing them down. The rooms are spacious including good-size closets with an iron and ironing board. However, one of the shelves was hanging because it was not properly screwed. The shower head in the bathroom is poor quality. The Sky bar and Kassala Café serve good food. The low rating is due to poor customer service. The staff -- from room service to front desk, waitstaff, etc. -- are not trained. The security guards provided better customer service.
