Spacious rooms. Very clean on arrival Welcoming friendly staff. Ideal location for the conference centre. The only criticism would be when staff do the light touch cleaning it might be an idea to top up the coffee and milk. Excellent breakfast. It's not to order but they only put out smaller amounts to ensure a constant supply of fresh cooked. Bacon and sausages were very nice. Always on coffee machine in the dining area, with a decent bite on the coffee.

Clean and spacious rooms which had a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, crockery and 2 hobs for cooking and a lovely open plan living space with views over the water (docks side not river Mersey). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb for getting to things around central Liverpool. We also made use of their secure car park on the ground floor which is locked (although expensive at £24 a night, we at least had peace of mind that our car was safe). We were Impressed by the quality and selection of options for breakfast. Highly recommend here for a city break!

Great Apart-hotel. 2 electric hobs, microwave and kettle provided in small kitchen. Great views and Docks are 5 min walk. Only drawback is car park (Kings dock car park) that costs £18 for 24 hours and is a good 10 min walk. Not great choice of vegan options in breakfast but great snacks time from Mon-Wed fro 18.30 to 19.30.
