The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spotless, with a beautiful view and very comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and relaxing time at the spa. Perfect location and top-notch service — highly recommended!
Amazing food and service. We had a great time. The nice view during the sunset was absolutely heartwarming. We were not residents, but we came to this hotel for our evening family dinner, and it was fully worth it. The cost was very reasonable too. We had a delicious meal in their Thai restaurant.
We stayed in this place with family the staff was amazing, they helped me with everything possible that even mailed out postcards for me. The service is great the rooms were clean and serviced every day. The restaurants were nice the food was good the pool area is very nice and the pool restaurant is very Good. The real issue is the area it's not very conducive to going out and eating and having a meal or anything; you really just have to stay in and take ubers to each place you wanna go. It's easy to get around to with an Uber or a taxi to get to the sites the Luxor Temple as well as the the valley of the kings east bank and West Bank are easily accessible from this hotel.
