Steigenberger Resort Alaya Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus

Extraordinary. This isn’t second stay on that hotel because of the hospitality I had in my first stay two years ago. The first stay was via booking while the second was via the front office manager Karim Rasla who really made our stay unique in all aspects. Staff are very well trained and humble. Utility is perfect. Location and coral 🪸 reef are amazing.

I had an unforgettable stay at Steigenberger Alaya! A special thanks to the amazing animation team — Marta, Gonzo, and Ahmed — and to Nour, the very kind waiter at the terrace bar. They were all extremely polite, charismatic, and full of energy, making our stay incredibly enjoyable and memorable. The coffee was excellent, the service always fast and flawless, and the aqua gym and stretching sessions were absolutely fantastic!

My partner and I had the most incredible experience at this resort it genuinely blew us away. The food was absolutely amazing. The staff were beyond wonderful, they were warm, attentive, and made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is pure luxury. Every corner of it felt like a dream, and the atmosphere was so serene and romantic. A special shoutout to Mr. Alaa Eldin, Mr. Hamdy, and Mr. Ahmed from the restaurant making every meal at the resort special. Mr. Ayman the lifeguard for always being so kind and welcoming, Mr. Ghareeb who looked after us in the room with such care and attention, and the entire entertainment team who brought so much fun and energy to our days & finally Mr. Taha from reception, who made sure our booking went perfectly and helped everything run smoothly. You all made our stay truly exceptional. We look forward to coming back again
