We had a fantastic stay at this resort! Our group of 13 people was truly impressed by the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests — from organizing a large table for our group meals to ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. The new management is clearly making a difference — everyone was friendly, helpful, and responsive. A special shoutout to the animation team who surprised us with a fun and thoughtful birthday song that really made our celebration extra special! Highly recommend this resort for families and large groups. We’ll definitely be back!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is good overall, lifeguards are kind and helpful, seperation ropes are missing by the pool which can be dangerous if someone is using the slide whilst people are swimming. I gave 4 stars, as whenever we pointed out something they were eager to solve any issue.
