The hotel is already wonderful and comfortable in every way, but what truly made the experience stand out was the service from [Mr. / the staff member] [Flan] — always polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. He really takes the guest experience to the next level Nick was very nice and helpful. He always had a smile and made me feel welcome. Thank you
Had a great 3 night stay at the Stella. Excellent service. Front desk manager, Nick, provided suggestions for restaurants and walking tours in the area. He ensured we had a fun time in Interlaken.
The hotel is 7 minutes from Interlaken West and the view is amazing. It is an easy walk from the station to the hotel. Elisabeth and her staff were so friendly and nice to us at the hotel. We stayed there for one night (wish we had stayed longer) and loved it. The bathroom was tad small. Breakfast was out of this world. One of their staff member recommended home made cake with cheese and it was delicious. The cappuccino machine was a life saver. Many different restaurants at walking distance. Loved our stay!
