Sterling Inn & Spa an Ontario's Finest Inn

My room was upgraded to a newly renovated room with a jacuzzi. I absolutely loved it. Staff was also very friendly and called to make sure I was enjoying my stay. It's also in a great location and walking distance to everywhere (you might be sore the next day, though 😅), including Niagara Falls. Also, be sure to check out the spa. Tim gave an amazing therapeutic massage! I would definitely stay here again.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made! Absolutely every detail was accounted for, and we felt super safe and comfortable. What we sacrificed in choosing a hotel without a view turned out to be a benefit ten times over in safety, ambiance, peacefulness, quiet, cleanliness, comfort, luxury, affordability, and I could go on. The cherry on top was the complimentary breakfast in bed with French press coffee to brew yourself with an included insulated carafe of hot water when ready. I usually travel with my own coffee kit, but didn’t on this trip. To have THIS amenity? Included? Wow. It was so good and so delightful. THANK YOU to this matchless hotel and the absolutely wonderful staff for making our anniversary special and memorable in all the right ways!

Another fantastic stay at our favourite hotel. We stayed in a king bed room with tub which was beautiful and so relaxing. We were checked in quickly by warm and friendly front desk staff. Breakfast to our room which is included is a big plus for us! Our stay included a meal at the AG restaurant which was absolutely delicious as always. We've only had great experiences with all the staff, from Deborah the manager to the wait staff in the restaurant to anyone in housekeeping, everyone has been friendly and helpful. We love staying here also for it's location. The hotel is steps away from Clifton Hill which makes it perfect for walks down to the falls. Looking forward our best stay!
