The Strip View Suites are stunning! The room has separate bedroom with full bath/jacuzzi tub/enclosed toilet/shower etc. The view in both rooms provides a "feel" for the nightlife. OAN the balcony view overlooks several pools including a winding water course. OUTSTANDING experience!

This place does not offer parking...only valet and they are rude and treat people horribly. Im presently staying here and I have chosen not to tip the valet today because I waited over 45 minutes for my car and I did not tip. 45 minutes later I get a email from the company I rented the room from and now im not allowed to valet my car. WHAT A JOKE. this company didn't even call me and ask me about what happened....they simply went off of what the valet said....wow!! Its ok tho because I was the one who was disrespected and I even complained to valet's supervisor and she apologized to me for the disrespect and then...I still get banned. The room doesn't look like the pics and way over priced. Im a local and I tip based off of the service I am provided!! So listen up tourists....u can't park here without having to tip rude staff and if u don't tip...they are gonna lie to ur hosts. U can find something nicer for the same price. Starbucks is closed...the pool closes at 7pm and honestly...im mad I chose this property. And can't complain anymore or they are gonna tell me to check out and not refund any of my money. Little do they know...Im actually a executive with MGM and as soon as I check out....several people are getting fired!!! Horrible customer service!!!! This is not the place to stay if ur looking for superior service. Ur better off staying at a 1 star property because that's the service they provide!! Sorry to be so direct but the truth hurts!!!

I stayed from May 18-May 22. When I checked in I was asked to let them know if anything was wrong with the room. Which I did as asked. The issue was corrected by myself because they wouldn’t send me any instruction on how to fix it. Upon my check out may 22, I took photos of the room when I checked in and upon check out. Today which is 2 days after check out I get a disturbing message saying I owe $245 for a chair I broke upon room inspection and cleaning on May 21. I didn’t check out until May 22. They are making it out to be my issue they filled out paperwork with the wrong date. Because it isn’t true. The picture they sent me could be anyone’s room because they are all identical. It just shows a chair with a broken leg which I know didn’t come from my room. I am passing along to my lawyer the papers they have sent me along with the conversation with me about this issue and making it out to be my fault the paperwork wasn’t filled out correctly. DO NOT rent from these people. They are not nice people. Only care about money and placing broken items on good people who didn’t party, didn’t smoke, didn’t even gamble. You should be ashamed
