Very nice and peaceful place. Great and friendly staff. Large rooms and good balconies. Place gets thoroughly cleaned every 3 days. Easier to find here free parking spots than other places. All rooms have a view to the sea.

The apartment is new and very modern. It has good furniture, and the bathroom looks excellent. The balcony features a table with chairs where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Additionally, there's a very nice suspended chair. On the balcony, I found a hose with a nozzle, which I took downstairs to rinse the dust off my car. (For the owner: I placed everything back where it belonged.) In the kitchen, you'll find a sandwich maker, a coffee machine with a filter, a kettle, and plenty of tableware. I was pleasantly surprised to discover an iron and an ironing board, which I haven't seen in other places I've stayed. And the best part, one of the two TVs in the apartment was smart, allowing us to enjoy Netflix. (At least in room 5; I'm not sure about the others.) Another significant advantage for us was that the apartment was pet-friendly. The building is conveniently located near several beaches and restaurants. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. We had a wonderful time. There were a few minor inconveniences we encountered: 1. The shower lacked a showerhead holder and curtain, resulting in water splashing onto the floor. 2. The apartment was located on a high floor, requiring us to climb many stairs. While we didn't mind the workout and enjoyed the breathtaking view, this could be a significant challenge for families with young children. 3. Due to the building's height, we believe there is a pressure booster pump that creates noise when increasing water pressure. This can be bothersome if neighbors frequently use a lot of water. 4. The exterior door (the outside face) lacks a handle, which means you could be locked out if you forget your key inside. It's important to be cautious about this. These are minor inconveniences that do not significantly impact the overall quality of the stay.
