I've passed this place many times. The 4-story orange building, which somehow housed many huge and beautiful (as it seemed from the photo) rooms, always intrigued me and, in general, I wanted to know what and how it was inside. The rooms, in the end, were not that big. Nevertheless, they were clean and well-maintained. Our room also had a personal sauna, which we did not use for subjective reasons. The service was polite and friendly, there were no problems. It’s not very comfortable that the administration is on the top floor, you have to go up and down a lot, the stairs are quite narrow, which can cause some panic and difficulties (but this is subjective). There are no refrigerators in the room; any food/drinks that you want to cool or store must be left with the receptionist. I didn’t really like the view from the window, but this is Kyiv and you can’t change it (it’s not the hotel’s fault). + There is no smoking area anywhere in the building and you have to go downstairs to the street every time. There were no problems with the Internet, but the TV in the room did not work. However, when there is good internet, there is no need for a TV. The hotel positions itself, if I'm not mistaken, as a good option for honeymooners, with which I can fully agree. Live here for a while, as a tourist or the like. - this is unlikely, but spending the night with your loved one is quite possible and very comfortable. I wonder what is on the top (?) floor, where there are large panoramic windows. Unfortunately, it is closed there. I will make an assumption that some kind of banquet hall is being prepared, which may well be in terms of area, it will be very suitable for such a place. (but I could be wrong) Downstairs there is a car wash and a service station, I won’t say anything about it, since I don’t have a car and don’t understand it. But sitting outside, watching with a cup of coffee and a cigarette how life is in full swing at a car wash, is quite an interesting activity.

We rented a royal room. The room is clean, beautiful, comfortable. Interesting interior design and this is a nice feature of this hotel. The downside is that our room was right above a tire repair shop and the noise from there was very loud. On Sunday at 7:30 am they started making noise and it was impossible to sleep. After calling the administrator they stopped making noise, but sleep and mood were ruined. Another minus, our room had a sauna, we booked it in advance and specified that we wanted a room with a sauna. But as it turned out, the sauna did not work and no one warned us about this, and when, some time after checking in, we went to ask how to turn on the sauna, we were told that it did not work. (((( Therefore, not everything that is stated in the hotels will be as described, be prepared for this. In general, the hotel is not bad, but whether we would choose it again is a very big question...
