Me and my wife had an excellent experience here. The hotel is located at the bank of Kizilirmak river and very cozy. The price is also handy and is worth every euro I paid. The food and the rooms are very nice but most of all the owner and the staff are VERY HELPFUL. In case you need something, even a small thing, they will do anything in order to make you satisfied. Great thanks to Ismet bey, Nurten hanım and the front staff guys Selim, Nur, the bartender Seda for their exceptional work and efforts. Keep it going like that guys.

Positive: The hotel is in a great location. Negative: The service is terrible. At breakfast and dinner, there are no glasses available, only one coffee machine is working, and you have to wait in line for half an hour. At the bar, they have no idea how to make the cocktails listed on the menu. There’s a Starbucks sign, but it’s just for show – they don’t actually have one. Overall, the service is on the level of a 2-star hotel at best, definitely not 5-star quality.
