Terrible place for vacation. They are rookie and this place is not a hotel. It is just a circus! It was a horror movie. Staff are rude! Non trained staff. Nobody knows how to manage hotel! I will never visit this terrible place again!

If suddenly in life you want extreme sports and poisoning. Unfortunately, this is where the + ended. Cons: Check-in - they clean with bumps; if you have a sedan, be sure to hook the bumper. Food - we paid for a buffet and got a Soviet canteen with first and second without the right to choose what to eat. The room was standard, there was a smell, the bed creaked, the cleanliness of the room was like in a coal mine, we also asked for a playpen for the child, the playpen was all covered in yellow spots with crusts, no pillows or blankets came off. I had to beg everything from the administrator at the reception so that they would give it and change it. Sauna is trash! a sober employee walks around. It’s not clear how the water is treated. My youngest child got poisoned after swimming there (I had to go to the children’s hospital at night). The itching on the skin still does not go away, the hammam is dirty, the sunbeds have holes where many years of dirt are clogged. And at night here the film Ong Bak is resting, in the corridor there is a life and death fight at 5 in the morning, and who knows who is fighting, there are no guests except us. We thought that we wouldn’t be demolished here at the same time. In the morning, blood was assessed at the hotel entrance. In the morning we ate and ran away with the money, although they didn’t return it for the remaining days, but they kept some 30% there. Fortunately, thanks to the scandal, they returned the full amount for the remaining couple of days. Bottom line: it’s a shame for the time and money spent on travel and my child’s health.
