Everything about Sun Siyam Iru Veli is incredible! The over water bungalows are gorgeous, the staff are so lovely and the food is fantastic. In particular, Adam was a gentleman throughout our stay and was so approachable about anything. I couldn’t recommend it more

Stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli was pure perfection from start to finish. The King residence was stunning—luxurious, spacious, and offering breathtaking views of the turquoise lagoon. The beach was super white pristine and best to sunk in. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The service throughout the resort was exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to our incredible **butler Adam**, who made our stay truly seamless. From handling every request with ease to adding thoughtful touches throughout our trip, Adam went above and beyond in every way. We felt so well taken care of. The spa experience was world-class—tranquil, rejuvenating, and set in the most serene overwater setting. Every treatment left us feeling refreshed and relaxed. Dining at Sun Siyam Iru Veli was a highlight in itself. The variety of restaurants offered everything from gourmet fine dining to laid-back beachside bites. The food was consistently delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, specially the Roma and drinks by pool Chemistry Bar. This place is a true Maldivian gem, and thanks to the amazing team.

I visited your property on April 1st 2025 and was welcomed by a guide named Nazish, who gave us a brief orientation and showed us the property map. While this initial interaction was pleasant, the overall experience did not meet our expectations—especially considering it was a special occasion and part of a premium package. We had booked our stay through PickYourTrail for our honeymoon, with a package costing nearly ₹5 lakhs INR, which included several promised amenities. Unfortunately, many of these were either delayed or not provided at all: 1-We requested an additional laundry bag, as we are a couple, but were told only one is allowed per room. 2-The honeymoon inclusions—specifically the cake and wine bottle—were not provided despite multiple reminders (3–4 times). 3-The complimentary fruit platter was also never delivered. 4-The floating breakfast was only arranged after we explicitly asked for it. For a 5-star property, this level of service was quite disappointing. We had high expectations for such a significant trip, but these lapses left us dissatisfied.I can also provide our reservation number for reference and verification. To our surprise, during checkout, we were given a beach bag—seemingly as compensation—and were subtly asked not to escalate or complain to higher management. While the gesture was noted, it did not make up for the overall disappointing service experience.
