Service is not good. Requested 5 to 6 times to fix water and phone, mainly i need water fixation. that alreday sprinked water on my dress each time i have used it. Full day has been passed, and it is not fixed yet. Hopefully, it would be done in my stay here. Thanks
I recently stayed at Sharjah Tulip Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to several serious issues: Poor Staff Service: I requested a fresh towel, but despite following up personally at the reception three times, it was never delivered. This lack of basic guest service was frustrating and unacceptable. Cleanliness: The hallways were dusty and poorly maintained. Inside the room, both the sofa and bed were visibly dirty and stained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Room Comfort: The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it impossible to rest properly. Even at the lowest setting, the noise was loud and disturbing. Bathroom Odor: A strong and unpleasant smell came from the washroom, especially when running water from the taps. This made it difficult to use the bathroom without discomfort. Due to these issues, although I had booked for two nights, I chose to check out after just one night. The overall experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their services and facilities. At this time, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. My reservation, made through MakeMyTrip for 11 nights, turned into a highly regrettable experience due to a multitude of significant issues. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that the cleanliness standards were woefully inadequate. The room was noticeably dirty and permeated by a pervasive, very unpleasant odor throughout my stay. Furthermore, the actual room provided bore little resemblance to the images displayed online, leading to a profound sense of misrepresentation. The structural and maintenance issues within the room were numerous and concerning: There were numerous insects observed roaming freely. Basic amenities such as toilet paper were missing upon arrival. A bath mat was not provided for the bathroom area. The paintwork in the room was in poor condition, showing signs of neglect. Crucially, the bathroom locks were non-functional, compromising privacy and security. Housekeeping services were also consistently subpar. Towels were not changed for two consecutive days, requiring explicit requests to the staff for fresh ones. Attempts to address these issues with the hotel management were largely futile. The staff generally exhibited an unhelpful and unwelcoming demeanor. Calls to management after 6:00 PM were routinely unanswered, leaving us without recourse for immediate concerns. Given the unacceptable condition of the room, I approached Manager Yaseer to discuss a refund, despite the non-refundable nature of my booking. However, my request was bluntly denied, leaving me in the unfortunate position of being compelled to endure the remainder of an extensive stay in a deeply unsatisfactory environment. Overall, this was an exceptionally negative and disappointing hotel experience, and I would strongly caution potential guests.
