Sunis Elita Beach Resort Hotel & Spa All inclusive

The hotel is great. The rooms are big, clean and practical. Food is delicious and you have a lot of options for food. Animators are excellent and their animations are great. Everyday there is some show. The staff is very polite, professional and polite. I loved my holiday here, and will always choose this hotel.

I would consider this a 3 star hotel at most. There are a lot of things that needs improvement before this can be considered 5 star specifically cleaning from rooms to pool. I’ve seen better pool towels at 3 star hotels. They look really aged and used. Also pool sun beds are always covered in towels as soon as the pool opens… no chance in finding an empty sun bed after 8.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was truly disappointing on every level. The service was consistently terrible—unhelpful staff, long wait times, and a complete lack of hospitality. The food was barely edible, repetitive, and of very low quality. The rooms were dirty, outdated, and in desperate need of renovation. It felt like cleanliness and maintenance were simply not a priority. But the worst part by far was the entertainment team. Unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly unpleasant—they made things worse rather than better. What should have been a relaxing or fun experience felt uncomfortable and awkward. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options out there for the same price range
