The service here was truly outstanding. The staff member who helped me had good English, making communication a breeze, and was wonderfully friendly. It was amazing that Cuong could even speak a little Russian – what a fantastic and unexpected personal touch! His dedication made my stay exceptional.
Just overall an great experience. From the soft beds to the amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course the amazing swimming pooI ( I would recommend the cordon bleu for dinner!) an great extra was the service, for example how Phap knew everything about the Dutch football league, it was so funny :)). Definitely worth the visit!
Our stay in Phan Thiet was truly wonderful! The hotel staff, especially Cuong, were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel so welcome. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and their hospitality was outstanding. The location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic experience!
