21.05.25-24.05.25We are on holiday for the second time, booking the hotel for the second time, we asked in advance (a month) for a room on the highest floor, to which we were assured that this would be the case, upon arrival, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor (out of 7), to which I asked why this was so, at the reception everyone was absolutely polite, except for one girl (young), she answered us, there are no rooms, without explanation, without an apology, for me it was important, since I specially left a note about the highest room, and I was assured! That the room would be on the high floor. This situation was upsetting, since I chose to celebrate my birthday in this hotel! As a result, we were on holiday on the 3rd floor (but on the penultimate day, due to some kind of leak at the hotel) we were asked to move and we were moved to the 7th floor!! It would be great if it was there from the start, and not because something was leaking! Otherwise, we really like everything, the rooms are clean, the pools are great, there was a snack bar, there was such a nice girl there, who was very polite, thanks to her for that, there were also lifeguards, inside the pool (he just sat on the phone the whole time, but outside (he was constantly walking around, making comments, thanks to him for that, it was obvious how much he cares about his job, and how responsibly he approaches his work! Also, the girl at the entrance to the dining room is very polite, thanks! On my birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel and congratulations! Thank you very much! Overall, everything is good, we were satisfied.
The rooms range from classic to excellent, to suit the taste and budget of the visitor. The service is excellent, the staff is polite, the security is attentive (a drunk man was pestering a woman with a child, the visitors were watching, and the security guard quickly responded and called for help, the "gentleman" was taken away), the air conditioners work, the premises are clean and beautiful. The rooms are cozy, the maid did a good job of cleaning, changed the towels. The infrastructure is magnificent, a huge space for everyone: for walks in the shade of majestic trees, and a field-court for football, basketball or volleyball, played volleyball and badminton (we brought the ball and rackets ourselves), functional water slides for children and adults, 2 adults (open - there the water is always warm and closed - cool in the morning, warm in the evening), 1 children's pool, in the area of the indoor pool there are magnificent 4 steam rooms (infrared sauna, 2 Finnish, and a bombastic hamam, the steam just hugs you, you immediately want to go to bed, but we go under a bucket of water, cool, not icy and continue health procedures in a chair in the salt room. The food is abundant, tasty, presented by a variety of dishes (4 types of soup, side dishes - pasta, potatoes, rice, buckwheat and couscous cereal, something like that is called, there is always. Chicken of two types, soft lamb or beef azu, I love beef, finger-licking good, hearts, liver and two types of fish simply fried or baked with cheese or vegetables, various pickles and snacks-sliced, 4 types of salads Olivier, Caesar, vegetable, fish breakfast with porridge, omelet, cereal and various dairy products. There is alcohol (champagne, white and red wine, vodka, rum and whiskey, beer). I didn't like the alcohol, the beer is normal, my husband liked the cedar bitter, the champagne in the room, as a gift I poured into the toilet, unrealistically overfermented or the first day, fatigue made itself felt, because for breakfast they give tolerable champagne brut. Animation is 5++++, excellent and fun for both children and adults, cool yoga on hammocks, even grown-up boys go there, I couldn’t make mine go. There is a gym, my son goes every other day, but there is no air conditioning in this gym, it’s a pity. When three boys are already working out, the aromas fly in the air, for me it’s not sickening, but not pleasant. I also don’t understand why the lights are constantly on in the corridors, on the walls in three rows and on the ceiling in two (not rational, for me, my purely personal point of view) in the morning it’s light and directly additionally “cuts” the vision, and at night people sleep, he passes under our door and replaces the lamp and my daughter says like in the movies .., a small deviation. 7-10 minutes to the sea, soft sand, cool, living sea, cool, but not icy with many inhabitants: on the first day we were delighted by dolphins, as many as three (one swam behind my daughter, and two in front of her played 20 meters away, I even got tense for her) many crabs and hermit crustaceans, jellyfish, three large blue ones were seen, my husband and son were pinched, it stings less than nettles) and 3 stingrays, two medium ones, one baby. Visitors are mostly married couples, families with grandparents or a young family with a child. I would be happy to recommend a vacation here, if we compare it with Kemer Queen Elizabeth and Anapa Sunrise, then I give 5 points for Anapa, 3 for Kemer. And of course I wish the creators of this cool place prosperity and abundance, further success in your work, please us in this way and continue to do so😉. P.s. for our family - only a trip to the gym.
We had a family vacation from 13.06 to 15.06. They checked us in quickly, the room was clean, the view of the pools was very beautiful. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. Beautiful grounds, a water park. Delicious, varied food on a buffet system. The intermediate bar was certainly disappointing, all the alcoholic cocktails tasted the same, the only beer was Halzan (I don’t know who drinks such crap). There wasn’t enough pizza or anything else for everyone. And now the two most unpleasant moments: 1. We went to the store and when we returned it started pouring rain. A puddle formed at the entrance to the hotel grounds, the slippery tiles at the entrance without rubber mats did their job, my husband fell flat on his stomach. The security guard came out and said that someone had fallen after all. Excellent comment. In my understanding, this was an emergency on the territory and at the very least they should have apologized. But that didn’t happen. 2. When we checked out, we forgot something, not a cheap one. When we realized it and started calling the hotel, it turned out that it wasn't there. But we know it's there. It's unpleasant.
