Sunrise All Suites Resort All Inclusive

The rooms are not as they are advertised. We booked a seaside room but they offered us a room on the side of the sea but with No sea view. They tried to argue it but after We spoke with the agency they gave us a New room (after they said they don’t have any more rooms). They need to work on them and update them. The cleaning could be done a bit better. The lift is pretty old. The staff is friendly but stiff. The surroundings need more care as well, especially the lake and the path that leads to the sea. The swimming pools have very cold water, not suitable for small kids even on hot days. The food on the other hand was delicious and varied.

The food was of the lowest quality possible. It was tasteless. Also when I got close to the salads area it started smelling of spoiled food. Another thing is that we were put in a room where the bed mattress quality was terrible. The mattress spring was almost popping out! It caused me back pain! On the next day we got our room changed and it was slightly better, yet the mattress was still uncomfortable. Although less, I still had back pain until the end of the vacation.

It’s such a nasty and the most awful hotel where I have ever been in 30 years of my life. It’s very dirty, the personal is so rude. You call them and they never come. They just imitate solving your problems, which they do not do anything at all. It’s so dirty. When service came to clean it, they didn’t do anything except vacuuming the floor, just when we forced them to wash the floor, they hardly did it. All their tubes are blocked, and there is water stocked then when you take bath. We had a bathtub, which is not closed by curtain on 100%, after taking bath you have sea in the room. Also the curtain in the bathtub has the mold and it’s so nasty, that when you take bath, you try not to touch anything with body. We have asked to solve this problem, or change the room, for which we were offered the room worse than the first one. They were telling us that they were so kind to give us better room in the beginning, while from booking already we had better room with sea view. So apart from all bad things that they did, they are also trying to lie kinda they’re doing a favor for you. We didn’t accept new room, and they told that a hole in the bathtub is not a problem. So, sea creating in the room is not a problem for them. There is a smell of canalization in the bathroom and in the building in general. There is an awful smell coming from wardrobes, so it’s impossible to put clothes in. The food quality is also not the best, but acceptable, better than anything else. The only good thing in this hotel is just location to the sea, but be aware it’s also not the closest one, around 10 minutes by foot normal walking. There is wifi but it does not work. Not recommended at all if you don’t want to spoil your vacation.
