Just home after a week's holiday at Sunrise gardens with friends. I've travelled to many European countries and had mixed standards. This hotel is perfect for me. The decor is lovely, the place is spotlessly clean. The reception staff were so welcoming and obliging. The food in the restaurant was excellent and I'm a very fussy eater. The waiting staff are exceptional, friendly, beautiful manners and professional. The chefs were very friendly especially the young man who worked breakfast. The pool areas were amazing and the lady who worked in the pool bar was so much fun. I will be returning to Protarus and will definitely stay at this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, clean and of a high standard. The staff are ALL very hardworking and friendly. The food is excellent and always fresh, hot, and well presented. My only criticism is that the pool bar staff have to work with no air fans in high temperatures, and they work so hard to keep the guests happy.
Wonderful hotel, rooms are very nice and always clean. There are three great pools, lots of sunbeds, delicious drinks! And the food is delicious! In addition, there is a very good location, there are beautiful beaches nearby 🏖️
