Sunset Jeddah

I stayed here with my son from 19 Apr to 21 Apr. The hotel is quite nice with a beautiful lobby and pool as well as nice seating areas and a cafe/restaurant with good indian food. There are places to eat within just a few blocks walking distance, and the location gave us access to the Red Sea Mall (which has everything) within just a 10-15 min drive. The hotel also provides 24hr room service. The service and hospitality from the employees was 5 stars at this hotel. Especially Abdulelah at the front desk and Masun at the door. These employees deserve recognition not just from the service and knowledge, and joy they shared as a part of the Sunset Hotel Jeddah but as representatives of Jeddah the city. I will return to stay here at this hotel and encourage others to stay here as well.

My experience at Sunset Jeddah was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in a breeze. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of offerings. What truly stood out was the impeccable service—every team member went above and beyond. With superb facilities and an ideal location, I highly recommended! I personally stayed in the hotel several times and the rooms and service are amazing. We always book for our visitors in it as a company. I hope they keep up the great hospitality. Truly a Hidden Gem.
