Top hotel in Lenzerheide, the staff were super helpful and friendly, catering to my needs perfectly. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with an actual single bed before, so that was a new experience - but as I was alone, no problem at all. Views were excellent and the pool & wellness area included were great to relax and unwind.
Had one night here whilst watching the biathlon. Fab location - close to everything but quiet, bus stop is just outside (which for the biathlon was great as it was before the main stop). Front desk service was super helpful as was the contact with them before arrival. Room was large and clean with a great balcony. Food in the stubli was delicious as were drinks in the bar. Great selection at breakfast - would love to stay again
We had a very nice family stay (2 parents + 2 kids). The staff was friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool perfect for the kids, the wellness area perfect for the parents. Their kid playroom is also convenient in case of bad weather. We highlighy recommend and hope to go back
