It's a good spot to relax. It has hot sauna, private cinema, kids' swimming pool and kids' playground. Ceremony halls are quite small, but all rooms are decorated with modern high-class japanese style. The restaurant has also got delicious meals. Staff are so polite and friendly. Hotel Area is in the quiet zone, so it's so peaceful. Traditional japanese dresses are available to rent for taking photos.

Great for Family or friends gathering. Room price are worth more than you paid for and they usually gives Buy 1 Get 1 Night offer. The perfect gateway for quiet lover. But get ready for the things you need while staying there such as snacks and drinks as they only have limited snack offer at the counter and the restaurant is quite expensive. The breakfast is very basic and breakfast buffet is only on Saturday and Sunday. Please fix this to get more good rating Bonus: They give 30 minutes private sauna for the guests and it is quite relaxing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with both the service and management. Despite advertising themselves as a Japanese-style hotel with 24-hour electricity on their Facebook page, we experienced two separate power outages during our stay, each lasting an hour (from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm). The reception service was particularly frustrating. Inside the room, only a 2-pin plug was available, and I needed a 3-pin plug to charge my iPhone. When I called the reception to ask for a 3-pin adapter, they claimed they didn’t know what it was and that they didn’t have one. After insisting that we were given one last year when we stayed, they eventually sent one. However, their initial lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help was very unprofessional. Additionally, I booked my room one month in advance (early September 2024), and when I arrived, I found out they had changed the room rates and removed some promotional services. Despite paying the room rate early, they refused to honor the services that were included at the time of booking, stating that it was because we got a “cheaper rate.” This is unacceptable, as the services were part of the booking when I made it. Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in both customer service and transparency. I would not recommend it based on my experience.
