1) Little bit smell the room. 2) Towel is not available in room. 3) Set up box remote was not available. When I informed to hotel reception ,they said we sent a remote, but even after 3 hour they not sent the remote. Due to many rooms (approx. 100) the service is very poor. Food delivery is fast.

I stayed at an OYO-owned hotel and was disappointed to find no food facility available. The service was below standard, and customer care was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to contact them. Such experiences are unacceptable and need immediate attention. OYO must address these issues to retain customer trust.

The worst problem I've ever face in any hotel no wifi services and it's written while booking from oyo that it is available and it's also written in the google maps, just dial etc.. but they can't provide a literal wifi connection the staff says "humara bhi phone connect nhi ho rha" and "wifi ka thida problem h" so why did you write it everywhere that wifi is available and all? is this how oyo resolves a basic amenity problem? Is this what someone can expect from a 3 star hotel? And what's more frustrating is proper wifi connection is on the very top priority for me as I have come here to give my examinations and I have to download a lot of lectures. It's just a little connection problem which if they want they can fix it in no time but don't know why they want me to suffer with this... Second one is room service - they take 20-30 minutes for bringing tea and you have to call room service for atleast 3 or 4 times and even after that you can't guarantee that they will do the thing. Third - They take a whole day and a 5-6 times of telling them to take the garbage. Fourth - The room doesn't look like what's shown while booking Other things like ac and geyser are working properly and they give bath towels and change the bedsheet so for this you can say it's alright.
