Supreme Beach Içmeler Adults Only

Wow what a fantastic hotel. Rooms spacious and modern. Service was excellent. The location is perfect, close to the beach and amenities. I can’t thank the staff enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the excellent staff made my holiday. Food was very good with plenty of choice to suit all nationalities. No sunbed problems as there are more than enough by the pool with the added bonus of beach frontage sun beds also. These hotel is a hidden gem in Ichmeler. I will define be returning.

Last minute delight :) We recently stayed at the Supreme Beach Hotel in Icmeler after booking a last-minute getaway. At check-in in we were greeted by Tuberk with a big smile and friendly welcome. The room was great although the air conditioning perhaps could’ve been a little stronger. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Ferhat, Mustafa, and Selim stood out with their friendly approach and nothing was ever too much trouble. Ferhat was always there to help us with anything we needed and always did it with a big smile! The amenities and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel were both fantastic. The variety of food options was impressive and all meals were served fresh and delicious, we may have overdone the sweets and desserts though! And of course the barman extraordinaire Mahmut! Always ready to serve another drink. This region attracts many British tourists, and we found the other guests to be friendly and easy-going. The hotel staff undoubtedly contributed to the positive atmosphere. For anyone who hasn’t visited this region in Turkey before the area is stunning, offering breathtaking views and inviting seas. It was a fantastic place to explore, with plenty of activities and sights to enjoy. The locals are friendly and welcoming and we had plenty of laughs interacting with them. I highly recommend visiting this area if you're looking for an adventure in the sun. It's a place that can rejuvenate your spirit and we’ll most certainly be visiting again! If there was one thing I would recommend changing, it would be to separate the smoking area from the non-smoking areas, particularly in the outdoor eating areas. However, we managed to avoid any discomfort by simply moving away from the smokers. We've never returned to the same hotel before, but in this case, we plan to go back as soon as we can! We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to see everyone again. Thank you, Supreme Beach staff for a truly unforgettable stay!

First of all, I would like to say that I have no complaints about the hotel staff – everyone was very polite, friendly, and genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant. The room was cozy and clean, and housekeeping came almost every day, which I really appreciated. However, the food was a major disappointment. The variety was extremely limited – we had chicken breast every single day, and now I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it again for years. Other than stewed vegetables, there was basically nothing else to eat. The leftover vegetables from lunch were often served again in the evening as a casserole. The menu was poor and, unfortunately, the food simply didn’t taste good. Very often the rice or potatoes were undercooked, which is unacceptable. There were very few fruits, and some of them were not fresh – I saw an orange covered in mold that had clearly been sitting out for days. Another surprising thing was that bottled water was not provided. You only got a glass of water if you specifically asked for it. I had to buy water separately from the store, which I’ve never had to do in a hotel before. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The owner’s attempt to cut costs on food was a huge mistake. It felt more like a bed-and-breakfast than a full-board hotel. I came from far away to enjoy a vacation with my mother, and sadly, we left with a negative impression. We won’t be coming back, even though the hotel itself is not bad and the surrounding nature is truly beautiful.
