rooms were clean.service was good.breakfast was good and diversity was fair.reception was good and friendly.there was a place to get ice on first floor which was good.metro station is next to the hotel.The only problem was the carpet in the corridors and rooms also. Why is it so old and dirty?!
The furniture in the hotel is old. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, and there wasn’t a single orthopedic mattress available. The room is poorly cleaned—I found someone’s old socks on a shelf in the closet upon check-in. The reception staff responds to most requests with, “According to our rules, it’s not allowed.” It feels more like checking into a closed correctional facility rather than a hotel. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel.
we have very bad experience in this hotel. they have no call boy to pick up baggage. after the check-in our room ac can't working so we complaint about that they tell us our engineer is working on that so we ask them in how much time it will fixed they have no any answers so we tell them please we need to change the room so they told us you have to bring your baggage at reception from room and after that they will give us new room and again we have to bring our baggage from reception to new room, it's a worse service and experience . that is too much after a busy working day end.
